We were first-time homebuyers with very little knowledge about how to find the right place. We met with a couple of realtors before Rajeev, but we knew instantly that he was the one for us. He is honest and hands-on every time we viewed a new property Rajeev would perform a methodical inspection, looking for signs of problems and commenting on the quality of construction, finish, appliances, etc., and he really helped to take the pressure off of us. Considering the fact that my wife was pregnant, Rajeev made sure her safety is of highest priority and wore masks before asking and made her feel comfortable during entire showing. In short, he was always on our side working to make our house purchase as simple and successful as possible. The best part about working with Rajeev was that he was always more focused on answering our questions, giving us good advice, and finding homes that met our needs than he was on closing a deal. We never felt forced to make an offer and when we finally found the "one" and Rajeev made sure our offer made high impact, Rajeev walked us through every step and all of the contingencies and its impact, even worked with the Seller to explain why we thought they should choose us! He worked even more closely with us after we got the inspection results explaining the impact. It’s been a week since we moved to the house and he still answers our questions with same respect and never changes his attitude towards us even after closing. My wife and I thank Rajeev for that every day! We would recommend Rajeev to anyone.
